best stock news

On Monday, our Under the Radar Moversnewsletter suggested that small cap aluminum products and solutions stockConstellium NV (NYSE: CSTM) is looking like a short-term long bullish trade:

As for Constellium, to fully appreciate what's going on here you have to zoom out to a weekly chart. After a miserable 2015, we started to see higher lows and now higher highs, with today's move above the 200-day moving average line being a real milestone.

Although this is a short-term trade, don't be surprised if we end up keeping it for a long while There's a ton of room to recover here, and with CSTM valued at a forward-looking P/E of 6.75, there's not going to be a valuation problem anytime soon.

Shares ended yesterday up16.23% for the day apparently on news that privately-heldaluminum producer Aleriswould be purchased byZhongwangUSAfor $2.33 billion -a subsidiary of China basedZhongwang International.
